The Grand at Diamond Beach marks record sales weekend

The response has been overwhelming with some of our most expensive residences being purchased first. Words can't describe the turnout and excitement generated at this preview sales event, said Eustace Mita, the chairman of Achristavest, a joint venture partner in the project.

Guests were treated to a million-dollar sales gallery, catering by The Washington Inn of Cape May, and preconstruction prices for homes ranging from $700,000 to more than $4 million.

Located on one of the few remaining private beaches on the Atlantic seacoast, The Grand at Diamond Beach will have 125 residences, all with oceanfront views or sunset bay views. Completion is scheduled for 2008.
